Correctional Services

Many correctional facilities are lacking a dentist and many are also lacking dental equipment. We have the solution to the need for dental care in correctional institutions.

For facilities that currently have a dental unit and equipment, we are able to provide a licensed dentists, licensed registered dental hygienists, and assistants in order to provide care to the population in your facility. ACC also works with correctional facilities that do not have a dental unit or equipment, ACC has the capability to provide all of the equipment and staff necessary to provide comprehensive dental and oral health care. All that is needed to set up a fully functioning dental clinic is an 8 foot by 8 foot room, and 1 hour to set up. All services are delivered within the correctional institution which ensures safer delivery of oral health care for both the outside community and the inmates.

We have worked with correctional facilities across the country and are able to fully equip a dental unit, and staff the clinic regardless of the facility location. Our service allows the correctional facility to meet their federal and state regulatory obligations concerning oral health care delivery to their inmate population. We are happy to provide this service to the individuals within the correctional facility system.

Steve Garcia Takes Over the Correctional Division

Steve Garcia has taken over for Tammie Scarborough in our Correctional Division. Steve comes from more of a Marketing/Sales/Management background. He started last week and is very excited about the position. He is working closely with Tammie and Veronica and so far the transition has been very smooth. He is actively pursuing new accounts and communicating with the current accounts to ensure maintenance and growth. New accounts are definitely on the horizon, and he can use everybody’s help while on site!

ACC Sponsors Team Running in the Run to Home Base 9K, Benifiting the Wounded Warrior Project

ACC is the proud sponsor of a team running in the 1st Annual Run to Home Base 9K race at Fenway Park! All the proceeds benefit the Wounded Warrior Project and The Red Sox Foundation’s Home Base Program. The Home Base Program supports research on combat stress and/or traumatic brain injury with the goal of identifying better treatments for men and women returning home from service. ACC is always looking for ways to support our active duty, reserve, and veteran men and women who have sacrificed so much for our country. The 1st Annual Run to Home Base raised over 4.2 million dollars in support of the Wounded Warrior Project and the Home Base Program, ACC is proud to be a part of such a great cause!
