Staffing

ACC Consultants began as a temporary dental staffing agency and still actively staffs dental offices and community clinics throughout New Mexico and the United States, with qualified dental personnel. We provide licensed dentists and registered dental hygienists and experienced dental assistants to any dental establishment that requires a replacement or extra help. We can provide one day replacements or fill long term staffing contracts. We are able to staff short notice requests and can usually provide staff on a same day notice basis.

Local Staffing:

We realize the direct cost to a practice when one of the team members is absent and we also recognize the intangible costs associated with missing team members. The entire day must be rescheduled, which requires the front desk person’s time. In addition, there is the possibility of aggravating patients and causing them excess anxiety about their dental appointment. This requires extra effort from all team members to fill in for the missing player which takes away from their normal duties. We are happy to help our colleagues continue to run a smooth and seamless operation and be able to provide continuous care to their patients regardless of staffing deficiencies within the office.

ACC has staffed a variety of facilities all around the nation. We can accommodate dental staffing needs in correctional institutions, federal institutions, military sites, and many more scenarios that have staffing needs.

Steve Garcia Takes Over the Correctional Division

Steve Garcia has taken over for Tammie Scarborough in our Correctional Division. Steve comes from more of a Marketing/Sales/Management background. He started last week and is very excited about the position. He is working closely with Tammie and Veronica and so far the transition has been very smooth. He is actively pursuing new accounts and communicating with the current accounts to ensure maintenance and growth. New accounts are definitely on the horizon, and he can use everybody’s help while on site!

ACC Sponsors Team Running in the Run to Home Base 9K, Benifiting the Wounded Warrior Project

ACC is the proud sponsor of a team running in the 1st Annual Run to Home Base 9K race at Fenway Park! All the proceeds benefit the Wounded Warrior Project and The Red Sox Foundation’s Home Base Program. The Home Base Program supports research on combat stress and/or traumatic brain injury with the goal of identifying better treatments for men and women returning home from service. ACC is always looking for ways to support our active duty, reserve, and veteran men and women who have sacrificed so much for our country. The 1st Annual Run to Home Base raised over 4.2 million dollars in support of the Wounded Warrior Project and the Home Base Program, ACC is proud to be a part of such a great cause!
